After fixing the ncvp-image-gallery plugin I activated it in place of the Firelight (was Easy Fancybox) plugin.
Fancybox version 3 is now in use which works better than version 1 with Firelight, in my opinion.

Add FB embed html in code editor. You’re taken to FB and see the usual extra rubbish, but it’s not as toxic (yet) as Xitter’s. This problem will go away if we make this sort of post directly from WP.

Rationalise categories and tags
Each post has exactly one category. Often starts with ‘Misc’ until it’s assigned something more appropriate.
Each post can have several tags. Occasionally these will need to be edited.
Added Zoom credentials to talk details
Added extra column ‘zoom’ to talks table of WP DB.
Made obvious changes to ncvp-cas-talks.php and .js.
Zoom section only appears if column is not empty.
Zettle
Option added to Membership and Social Payments pages. Not tried live yet.
It’s not clear how Zettle payments, which are inherently anonymous, could be linked in tto the Membership and Social Payments systems.
Talks
Individual talk details URL now correctly written.
No further data entered pending development of talks and events system.
